Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Specialists to join our expanding team. The Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in our sales department, responsible for generating and managing leads, driving revenue growth, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential leads through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
  • Conduct initial client consultations, understanding their needs, and presenting our solution.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to conduct product demos and close deals.
  • Ensure all leads are accurately tracked.


  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on generating and converting leads in your market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a natural problem-solver.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality is preferred or equivalent experience.
